Simply Mod

We wanted to bring a little Palm Springs glamour to this Studio City 1940's bungalow. Think colorful and mod, simple and bright, with a touch of Hollywood Regency flair! Small spaces, big ideas- We worked with our contractors to reconfigure some of the homes interior walls to create a guest bathroom out of what used to be a laundry closet. Sometimes you have to think outside of the box!
