Coastal Haven

Located just a few miles from the ocean, this Manhattan Beach home is our clinets little oasis. Proof that no home is too small for good design, we helped our client maximize and unlock their properties potential by adding some much needed square footage to this small bungalow style home. By expanding out the homes back wall, we were able to add a primary bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and walk in closets, as well as a utility area off of the galley style kitchen with a farmhouse sink and a stackable laundry unit. We love a small space challenge!
